Every person wants to be happy. What makes us happy may be different, but we all want the same feeling of contentment. My experience with happiness is that it is not there every minute, every hour or every day, but comes at odd times during the day when I recognize something as beautiful, when I realize how fortunate I am to be surrounded by great family and friends, when I reach a goal, when a friend brings me a vase of flowers from her garden, or maybe enjoy the rainstorm that is making my garden grow.
