It’s an annual autumn event, eagerly anticipated by millions…the hardwood foliage turning from green to bright colors of orange, red and yellow. We flock to see it, carefully considering the timing to see ‘peak’ colors. The more striking the contrast of hues, with the different trunks, and the remaining green of the pines, the better the show. Simply put, it’s more exciting, more pleasing. The trees in their glorious dresses share the common ground of the forest, in perfect harmony, and we flock to witness it. Human beings share the common ground of earth, our home. As it is in the forest, the diversity and great contrast of races and cultures make our world a beautiful place.
