I earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Commercial Art in 1977 but worked less than ten years in that field before getting into the insurance industry. I retired in May, after 40 years, and am returning to my desire to create art using various techniques including collage, printmaking, photography and mixed media. My hope is to create something that not only draws the viewer in but also conveys a positive message or thought encouraging the viewer to ponder the subject for days to come.
