My work is rooted in the idea that, even across differences, there are shared forces that bring us together—music, excellence, resilience, and cultural pride. Each piece in this collection reflects a figure whose influence has transcended boundaries and created moments of unity.

Awesome Dawesome, inspired by Dominique Dawes, celebrates legacy and firsts. As the first African American female gymnast to win an individual Olympic medal, she opened doors and inspired countless young African American girls to see themselves in spaces they had not always been welcomed.
