"After the Sunset" greeting card

Inherent to me as a nature photographer is the desire to articulate my joy and awe in the moment, in the experience of beholder to the grandeur of vast landscapes, tiny vistas and all that exist within them. Some of my most cherished photos are made in everyday spaces many walk or drive by without notice of their splendor. Scenes take on a new character, and the ordinary can become extraordinary through unique composition, point of view and special light.
Impressionistic ICM (Intentional Camera Movement) is one of my favorite photographic techniques to capture ethereal visions before me, along with diverse focal lengths, exposure times and depths of field.
